2. Service Plans and Availability

We offer a variety of service plans with different speed options. All plans are subject to availability and may vary by location. The minimum committed speed is 1024Kbps download/upload. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

Fair Usage Policy: To ensure fair access for all customers, we may manage network usage during peak times. Excessive usage that negatively impacts other users may result in reduced speeds or temporary restrictions.

3. Billing and Payments

Paperless Billing: You will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing. We will send your bill to the email address you provide three days after the bill date. You can request a printed copy of your bill if needed.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other approved methods. Late payments may incur a fee, and failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Non-Refundable Fees: The installation fee is non-refundable after service activation. Any advance payment is also non-refundable and will be applied to your service consumption.

4. Equipment Ownership and Responsibility

Ownership: The media converter, ONU, power adapter, and patch cord installed at your premises remain the property of AIO Wireless. We may retrieve this equipment at any time, especially upon service termination.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications will result in repair or replacement fees.

5. Service Usage and Restrictions

Authorized Use: The Service is for use only at the designated installation address. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the Service with others outside your household is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.

6. Termination

By AIO Wireless: We may terminate your Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for the Service, or engage in activities that harm our network or other users.

By You: You may terminate your Service by providing written notice. Early termination may incur fees as outlined in your service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Interruptions: AIO Wireless is not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or revenue.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites, services, or applications accessed through the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations.

Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The arbitration shall take place in Caloocan City, National Capital Region, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Service Agreement

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following terms:

• Equipment Ownership: All equipment provided by AIO Wireless, including the media converter, ONU, power adapter, and patch cord, remains the property of AIO Wireless. We reserve the right to retrieve this equipment at any time, especially upon termination of your Service.
• Installation Fee: The installation fee is non-refundable once the Service has been activated.
• Advance Payment: Any advance payment made is non-refundable and will be applied toward your Service consumption before the end of the subscribed period.
• Service Location: The Service is for use only at the designated installation address. Extending the Service beyond this address is prohibited.
• Resale Prohibition: You are prohibited from reselling or redistributing the Service to others.
• Termination Rights: AIO Wireless reserves the right to terminate or disconnect your Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our network or other users.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIO Wireless regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
