Before the visit

  • Confirm your address and a reachable mobile number.
  • Make sure someone 18+ can grant access to the premises.
  • Clear a path for indoor cable routing if possible.

During installation

Technicians check the drop or wireless path, mount or place equipment, connect your router, and test the link. Ask them to show you the WiFi name and password before they leave.

After installation

Connect your main devices, note the account details for billing, and bookmark support and bills payment. If something feels off the same day, report it early while details are fresh.
